Retiring Caron Treatment Centers leader cited for raising quality of addiction health care in Berks

Doug Tieman Honored at Richard J. Caron Award of Excellence

After dedicating 26 years at Caron Treatment Centers, Doug Tieman was recognized at the 31st Richard J. Caron Award of Excellence for his strong leadership and upholding the legacy of the organization's founders, Richard "Dick" and Catherine Caron.

Caron announced the-first-of-its-kind medical research center: the Fran and Doug Tieman Center for Research.
