Amanda Groff provides technology support for the Human Resources Department. She is a one-stop resource for all things related to UKG Pro, Caron’s employee information, timekeeping, and payroll system.

Her role includes managing all employee records in UKG Pro, assisting with payroll processing, HR reporting, and employee training. Behind the scenes she also provides HR system support, ensuring that the system runs smoothly, rolling out new features and functionality, and ensuring the accuracy of HR data.

Amanda has over 10 years of experience with Caron, starting in 2003 as an admissions specialist and later working as a billing specialist in the Finance Department. She originally joined the HR team as an HRIS administrator in 2014, then left Caron for a number of years to grow and gain experience. She returned to Caron in 2021 as an HR information systems analyst.

As an HRIS professional, Amanda has worked with several other companies and industries, including UKG. Having an in-depth knowledge of HRIS systems as well as an understanding of various aspects of human resources is an asset in her current role. She also benefits from her previous Caron experience working directly with patients and families, which gives her a greater understanding of and commitment to Caron’s mission.
