Andrew Capozello

He supports his team of admission specialists in Pennsylvania and Florida to offer assistance and resources to prospective patients and their family members so they can find the help they need, whether at Caron or another treatment option. He also manages daily operations and provides performance reviews as well as taking care of administrative responsibilities for the department.

Before taking on the role of supervisor in 2022, Andy was a lead admission specialist and before that, an admissions specialist. He came to Caron in 2019 with a background in banking. That experience built his ability to empathize with clients and help them understand their finances. It helps him in his current role to help people better understand their situation and point them to resources that can help them.

Andy has a Master of Business Administration from Alvernia University, Reading, Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shippensburg University, Pennsylvania. He is a certified allied addictions practitioner.
