Andrew provides both individual and group therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans. His approach blends evidence-based practices with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, fostering a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.
Before joining Caron, Andrew gained extensive field experience at Phoenix Behavioral Health, where he served as a Substance Abuse Clinician, providing therapy services and conducting comprehensive intake assessments aligned with ASAM criteria. Additionally, as an Intake Coordinator at Livengrin Foundation, Andrew facilitated substance abuse assessments, level-of-care placements, and documentation processes to ensure clients received timely and appropriate support. His role as an ABA Therapist further strengthened his ability to analyze behavioral patterns and implement interventions that drive meaningful change.
Andrew holds a master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University. He is actively pursuing his Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) certification and Licensed Associate Professional counselor (LAPC) credential.
