Betsy Haverlandt joined Caron in August 2024 as its chief sales and marketing officer where she provides strategic direction for Caron's marketing, communication, business development, and admissions teams. She also serves on Caron’s executive leadership team. Betsy is committed to reducing barriers to treatment—ensuring individuals, families, and professionals have ease of access to Caron’s neurorestorative health care and full continuum of services.

With more than 20 years of marketing, sales, and business development experience in healthcare, Betsy most recently served as national outreach director for the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, where she helped to expand professional engagement. Betsy specializes in working with HCP-related organizations and has expertise working with large care navigators to support and provide access for employees seeking mental and behavioral services.

Betsy holds a Bachelor of Science in Justice Administration from Hawaii Pacific University, Honolulu, and a Master of Business Administration from Willamette University, Salem, Oregon.
