Christine D'Appolonia plays a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections and strengthening relationships within the Caron community and beyond. She approaches her work with a heartfelt understanding of Caron’s mission, a collaborative spirit, and an unwavering dedication to putting patients and families first.

Guided by the belief that connection is the opposite of addiction, Christine integrates this core principle into every aspect of her work. Building community and fostering meaningful relationships are not only her professional goals but also deeply held personal values that shape her approach to alumni relations.

A grateful Caron alumnus, Christine brings personal experience and a profound commitment to her work. She and her family have firsthand experience of the life-saving journey that began at Caron, and she credits her own recovery to the connections and lessons she first discovered there. Since beginning her sobriety journey in 2018, Christine has been an active and enthusiastic member of the New York and Brooklyn recovery communities. These experiences have given her invaluable insight into the importance of being heard, connected, and supported.

Christine joined Caron New York in 2021 following a successful career in healthcare marketing and advertising. Her expertise in relationship-building and strategic communication has been instrumental in enhancing Caron’s alumni and family engagement efforts.
