Craig Brientnall
BA, CAAP
Pennsylvania
Craig’s goal as a lead recovery advocate is to ensure that our patients have the best possible treatment experience.
To meet that goal, Craig supports and supervises a team of behavioral health technicians and manages scheduling and administrative tasks. He implements efficient and effective practices for his team and works with the clinical supervisor to provide seamless patient support. He also provides administrative support for LGBTQIA+ patients to make sure they receive the services Caron offers as part of their treatment.
Craig was a behavioral health technician for three years before taking this supervisory position in 2020. That experience gave him in-depth knowledge of a technician's day-to-day routine and responsibilities, which informs the work he does now. His staff knows he understands the demands of their work and that he strives to give them the tools, knowledge, and support they need.
He worked as a supervisor at a call center for nine years prior to coming to Caron, which honed his ability to manage staff handle stressful situations and crises, and resolve them.
Craig is a certified allied addiction practitioner with a Bachelor of Arts in theater from DeSales University, Center Valley, Pennsylvania.
