Faith Hughes

Faith Hughes creates a safe and supportive environment for the young men she works with in Caron’s Teen Program.

In this role, which she took on in 2024, Faith facilitates groups and provides individual therapy. She works with her patients to establish goals for their treatment, progress toward those goals, and create a plan for their next steps upon leaving treatment. Ultimately, she helps them envision a healthy life in recovery, understand how to take care of themselves, and manage their emotional health and well-being.

Faith also works with parents to better understand substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, and the importance of support and care for themselves and the whole family in order to create a healthy family dynamic that enables a sustainable recovery.

Before taking on this role, Faith was a behavioral health technician at Caron for one year. Her experience also includes working as an outpatient therapist at another treatment center for one year and as a drug and alcohol prevention specialist.

Faith has a Master of Public Health from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and a Bachelor of Arts in addiction and mental health treatment and political science from Alvernia University in Reading, Pennsylvania.
