With a warm, approachable style, Jared partners with teens and their families to navigate the complexities of adolescence, providing a blend of individualized therapy, family counseling, and group sessions. He creates a safe, judgment-free space where teens can heal, grow, and build the skills they need to thrive long after treatment.

Guided by evidence-based, trauma-informed practices, Jared incorporates approaches like acceptance and commitment therapy to help clients tackle their challenges head-on. He is deeply committed to Caron’s person-centered philosophy, recognizing that lasting transformation begins with understanding each individual’s strengths.

Jared joined Caron in 2024, committed to seeing teens as human beings rather than their struggles. Through his work in private practice and clinical internships, Jared recognizes the importance of connecting with teens and young adults on a deeper level, helping them feel seen, valued, and understood. Rather than focusing solely on their challenges, Jared helps his clients rediscover who they are beneath the weight of expectations and difficulties. His approach is grounded in trust and genuine connection, creating a therapeutic bond that empowers teens to step into their future with purpose.

He is a licensed master social worker with a Master of Social Work and a certificate in substance use counseling from the University of Georgia, Athens, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middle Georgia State University, Macon.
