Justin Rufus Hodge

In this role, he coordinates logistics for his team and the patients they support, maintains schedules, and ensures that supplies are stocked. He works with patients on life, employment, and education skills and steps in as needed to assist the recovery advocates and resolve crises and conflicts.

His recovery advocacy experience has honed his discernment, discretion, and judgment so that he can ably support his team and quickly assess situations to determine what is needed. As someone in recovery, Justin serves as a guide and role model for the patients he helps to support.

He came to Caron in 2021 as a recovery advocate and moved into his current position in 2022. Before coming to Caron, Justin worked at another treatment center in similar roles for five years.
