LeAnn Davies collaborates with Caron leaders, managers, and employees to maintain a productive and fulfilled staff. Her role requires balancing the needs of the organization with the needs of employees and their supervisors to ensure that patients and families receive the best possible treatment.
To do that, she assists supervisors with budgeting, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. She also assists employees with questions about benefits, pay, performance, and related issues. With more than two decades of experience in the human resources field, LeAnn’s ability to relate to people and empathize with their situations and needs is integral to her role.
Before coming to Caron in 2014, LeAnn was a human resources manager at a medical device company, and before that, she was a human resources director for three hotels. She started her human resources career in 2004 as a professional recruiter. LeAnn’s experience in the hotel industry gave her an understanding of what it means to serve people and ensure their satisfaction and comfort, knowledge that has helped her at Caron to keep patients and their families in mind always.
LeAnn is a Society of Human Resources Management certified professional (SHRM-CP) and an HR Certification Institute certified professional in human resources (PHR). She has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and an Associate in Hotel Management from Penn State, Berks County.
