As a primary therapist at Caron's Renaissance Program in Florida, Madison is dedicated to guiding individuals through their recovery journeys with compassionate, evidence-based care. Taking on this role in July 2024, her key responsibilities include conducting individual therapy sessions, facilitating group therapy and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Madison's journey at Caron began with a valuable internship experience from August 2023 to April 2024, where she gained firsthand insight into the organization's commitment to excellence in addiction treatment. Prior to joining Caron, she completed an internship at a treatment facility in Pompano Beach, FL and worked for an online recovery service based out of Boca Raton, FL. These experiences equipped her with a deep understanding of addiction recovery dynamics and the importance of personalized care.

In addition to her work in addiction treatment, Madison has a background in assisting victims of human trafficking. During her time in Boston, she contributed to a team of researchers collaborating with the Boston Police Department to uncover variables that increased a victim’s risk of exploitation. This experience ignited her passion for addressing trauma and supporting vulnerable populations.

Madison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University, a Master of Science in Biomedical Science from Florida Atlantic University, and a Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University.

What makes Madison effective in her role is her ability to integrate diverse therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and trauma-informed care. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to address underlying issues and achieve lasting recovery.
