Rebecca Jarzyna collaborates with department heads and supports employees to ensure a positive and productive workplace to carry out Caron’s mission to restore health and hope.

Rebecca assists department heads and employees with recruiting, performance reviews, policy adherence, and management issues. Another critical focus is assisting with hiring and orientation as well as promotions, transfers, and terminations.

She came to Caron in 2017 as a recruiter and took on her current role in 2019. Before coming to Caron, Rebecca worked in human resources and recruiting for a national staffing company doing both permanent and temporary placements. That experience deepened her knowledge of the best ways to find and choose the right applicants. It also polished her ability to communicate effectively.

Rebecca is a Society of Human Resources Management certified professional (SHRM-CP) with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kutztown University, Pennsylvania.
