Tara Fotheringill

Tara Fotheringill works with employees and managers to ensure a rewarding and fulfilling workplace. Her role includes recruiting, hiring, managing employee relations and performance reviews, coaching, development, and job counseling.

Her goal is to foster positive and productive working relationships and open communication that enable Caron to carry out its mission successfully. She motivates and supports employees while also working with managers and employees to meet goals and resolve conflicts. She also maintains staffing ratios, balancing needs with budgets.

Tara came to Caron in 2011. She has more than 30 years of experience in human resources, beginning as a secretary in a bank’s Human Resources Department then moving into more responsible positions in retail companies.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
