Tiffany Kirby

Tiffany Kirby provides individual counseling, facilitates group therapy, and presents psycho-educational lectures for patients in the Older Adult Program. She also supports families and helps patients and family members find resources for post-treatment support.
Tiffany meets each patient where they are, the foundation for creating trust and openness. She creates a warm, inviting environment to give patients a safe and compassionate space and sounding board to be understood, work through their experiences and challenges, and find their strengths.
She took on this role in 2024 as she continued in her graduate internship with Caron, working with patients in the Men’s Program. As an intern, she facilitated group therapy and supported clinicians. That internship provides a foundation for her work in the Older Adult program and gives her insight into Caron’s clinical practices and core values.
Previously, she worked in a retirement community for nine years in various roles. For the last four years of her work there, Tiffany was part of the therapeutic recreation team on the memory care unit, providing activities to stimulate residents' cognitive and physical functioning and engage them in social interaction.
Tiffany is working toward a Master of Arts in clinical and counseling psychology at Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chestnut Hill.
